 A Goofy Movie (G)(Animated)Rating: 4Contents: Contains nothing offensiveSummary: Goofy is a single father trying to raise his son who is embarassed by his weird dad. I'm a big fan of Disney animation, but this one was only so-so. The drawing was just a little better than what you get on Saturday morning cartoons. The musical numbers were sub-par (certainly not up to the level of "The Little Mermaid" or "Aladdin") and the story was also a little too sugar-sweet, even for a Disney film. Younger kids won't mind, but adults had better bring a pillow and blanket. |
