Chinese & Japanese Gardens

I think the Gardens were the most beautiful thing I saw during my stay in Singapore. They are easy to get to, right off the subway station. Exploring them entirely takes hours. There is some incredible bonsai in the Chinese Gardens (some of it over a century old) as well as fish ponds and other sights.

Outside the Pagoda

The building I'm standing in front of contains a beautiful gardent of bonsai, rocks, and ponds. By the way, that tree behind me is over 280 years old!

Standing Rock

A nice example of some of the rock garden. Stones like this were situated all over the park.
