Summary: Mel Gibson is Scottish clansman William Wallace who leads his
people into war against England when his wife is executed by English nobles.
Not Bad. Mel does a good job in this film. My only real beef is that it is too long: 20
minutes could have been cut from the slow-motion (and excessively violent) battles scenes,
and it would have been the same film. Some errors in historical accuracy (Mel's character
never had an affair with Princess Isabella). Worth seeing.
